Our organisation supports in the facilitation of creatives and their development & audience development.

Norfolk Street Arts CIC is a Curatorial/ artist-led community Interest company supporting the development of artists and curators through facilitating spaces and mentoring. We facilitate space for creatives to test and deliver creative practices.
The community of open plan studios at Norfolk street 28/29 is prime in fostering collaborative environments that allows creatives to discuss and develop new ideas and projects. We support our creatives in applying to and self negotiating for commissions, residencies, artist collective led projects and events.

Norfolk Street Arts CIC was established in January 2019 to provide support in an engaged and discursive community of artists. We aim to deliver sustainable ongoing activity of exhibitions, performances, creative development and educational talks and supporting collaborations between artists and other organisations to develop workshops. All of which is responsive to our city and surrounding areas and developed for our community.

At directorship level we are a LGBT and female led organisation. It is the aim of the Norfolk Street Arts CIC to recognize and encourage the valuable and enriching contribution that people from all backgrounds and experiences bring to the culture.
